The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Brandon Wills, 24, of the 5500 block of Old Dover Boulevard, was charged Oct. 2 with battery. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Samuel Krontz, 27, of the 1500 block of Taylor Street, was booked into the lockup at 11:20 a.m. Oct. 2 on a battery charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Paul Liming, 31, of the 700 block of Oakdale Drive, was booked into the lockup at 11:33 a.m. Oct. 2 on a charge of being a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Steve Cuatt, 54, of the 800 block of McDougall Avenue, was charged Oct. 2 with being a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Kevin Bure, 19, of the 200 block of West Suttenfield Street, was booked into the lockup at 5:25 p.m. Oct. 2 on a theft charge. He was released on his own recognizance.

Cory Carico, 27, of Leo-Cedarville, was booked into the lockup at 7:40 p.m. Oct. 2 on a burglary charge. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Christopher Steffen, 22, of the 400 block of Nussbaum Avenue, was booked into the lockup at 7:40 p.m. Oct. 2 on three counts of criminal conversion. He was being held without bail.

Antion Hill, 39, of the 2900 block of Beaver Avenue, was booked into the lockup at 10:57 p.m. Oct. 2 on two counts of dealing a controlled substance. He was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Donald Stovall, 57, of the 1900 block of Alliger Street, was booked into the lockup at 10:19 a.m. Oct. 3 on charges of dealing cocaine, dealing a Schedule I, II or III controlled substance, cocaine possession, marijuana possession and maintaining a common nuisance. He was being held in lieu of $107,500 bail.

Ashenafi Menkir, 23, of the 8000 block of Rocky Glen Place, was booked into the lockup at 11:32 a.m. Oct. 3 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Melvin Worthem, 23, of the 2400 block of East Paulding Road, was booked into the lockup at 11:40 a.m. Oct. 3 on charges of resisting law enforcement and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Steven Null, 47, of the 900 block of Northwood Boulevard, was booked into the lockup at 11:47 a.m. Oct. 3 on charges of residential entry and public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Brett Jones, 33, of the 800 block of Lake Avenue, was booked into the lockup at 11:54 a.m. Oct. 3 on charges of cocaine possession and driving with a suspended license. He was being held in lieu of $21,500 bail.

Dianna Hardamon, 39, of Irmo, S.C., was booked into the lockup at 12:42 p.m. Oct. 3 on charges of failing to appear in court on a forgery charge and failing to appear in court on a theft charge. She was being held without bail.

Glenn Holman, 43, of the 500 block of East Woodland Avenue, was charged Oct. 3 with cocaine possession and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Richard Charlton, 47, of the 2900 block of Weisser Park Avenue, was charged Oct. 3 with robbery. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Eric Lash, 21, of New Haven, was booked into the lockup at 3:07 p.m. Oct. 3 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Larry Robinson, 26, of the 4500 block of Bowser Avenue, was booked into the lockup at 1:29 a.m. Oct. 4 on charges of marijuana possession, driving with a suspended license and domestic battery. He was being held without bail.

Aaron Walker-Freeman, 35, of the 100 block of West El Dorado Trail, was booked into the lockup at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 4 on a battery charge. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Phatsany Ounkham, 26, of the 800 block of East Sherwood Terrace, was booked into the lockup at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 4 on charges of driving with a suspended license, failing to register a motor vehicle and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was being held without bail.

Louis E. Powers, 34, of the 1900 block of Andreas Way, was booked into the lockup at 3:15 p.m. Oct. 4 on a charge of driving after having been given a lifetime suspension. He was released on his own recognizance.

Adan Guzman-Flores, 23, of the 4700 block of Spatz Avenue, was booked into the lockup at 3:25 p.m. Oct. 4 on charges of cocaine possession and being an unlicensed driver. He was released on his own recognizance.

Clark Hurley, 19, of the 1600 block of Schilling Avenue, was booked into the lockup at 3:40 p.m. Oct. 4 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. He was released on his own recognizance.

Noel Groce, 38, of the 1300 block of West Washington Boulevard, was charged Oct. 4 with carjacking and criminal confinement. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Chad Kaluza, 32, of the 11400 block of Brougham Run, was charged Oct. 4 with burglary and two counts of criminal trespassing. He was being held in lieu of $11,500 bail.

Kevin Shelton, 36, of the 4500 block of Spatz Avenue, was charged Oct. 4 with marijuana possession. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Christopher Norris, 22, of the 2300 block of Bowser Avenue, was charged Oct. 4 with reckless driving, failing to stop after an accident and two counts of resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Nathaniel Lamb, 47, of the 1200 block of Ewing Street, was charged Oct. 4 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Sean Hamilton, 22, of the 11200 block of Marion Center Road, was charged Oct. 4 with reckless driving, two counts of resisting law enforcement and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.

Michael Blair, 27, of the 2900 block of Oliver Street, was charged Oct. 4 with battery and two counts of domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bail.

Catherine Sollars, 44, of the 4000 block of Daner Drive, was booked into the lockup at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 4 on charges of criminal recklessness and four counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was being held in lieu of $15,750 bail.

Ryan Bull, 25, of the 4100 block of Mayberry Street, was booked into the lockup at 7:20 p.m. Oct. 4 on a charge of failing to appear in court on a criminal recklessness charge. He was being held without bail.

Jason Cromwell, 23, of the 2300 block of Glenwood Avenue, was booked into the lockup at 8:40 p.m. Oct. 4 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and two counts of resisting law enforcement. He was released on his own recognizance.
