Well, except that he did it instead of morning practice Monday after being decreed by Jaguars coach Jack Del Rio, somewhat surprising him in the difference from Notre Dame coach Charlie Weis, writes Tania Ganguli of the Orlando Sentinel.
Former ND quarterback Zach Fraser could be pushing for the starting quarterback spot at Connecticut, writes Desmond Conner in the Hartford Courant. He took the first snaps in full contact practice with the Huskies.
