Eifert, Dwenger Roll To Sectional Finals

Tyler Eifert doesn't have to do much these days for his team to continue having success.

Just having the 6-foot-6 Notre Dame recruit on the field might be enough.

Bishop Dwenger of Fort Wayne, where Eifert plays, moved on to the Class 4A sectional finals Friday, thumping Columbia City 42-0.

Eifert didn't do much, catching three passes for 28 yards and a 15-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Trevor Yerrick.

He also caught a two-point conversion pass from Yerrick to follow up his touchdown.

Dwenger plays host to Wayne on Friday in the sectional final. The Saints beat the Generals on Sept. 26, 48-7.
