The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.
Nickolas Urata, 29, of the 300 block of Oakdale Drive, was booked at 12:24 p.m. Oct. 23 on a charge of receiving stolen property. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Jason L. Brooks, 34, of the 700 block of Columbia Avenue, was booked at 5:47 p.m. Oct. 23 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and marijuana possession. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Nichole Cler, 24, of the 2300 block of Dale Drive, was booked at 7:17 p.m. Oct. 23 on a charge of maintaining a common nuisance. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Nicholas Mason, 18, of the 8200 block of Fawncrest Place, was booked at 11:15 p.m. Oct. 23 on a charge of receiving stolen property. He was released on his own recognizance.
Emmanuel Chapman, 24, of the 900 block of Ridgewood Drive, was booked at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 24 on a criminal recklessness charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Eric Miles, 21, of the 800 block of Berry Street, was booked at 11:38 p.m. Oct. 24 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by subterfuge. He was released on his own recognizance.
Michael Galligher, 21, of Monroeville, was booked at 4:25 p.m. Oct. 25 on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and being a minor in possession of alcohol. He was being held without bail.
Noe Hernandez, 39, of the 6300 block of Goshen Road, was booked at 10:43 a.m. Monday on charges of strangulation and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Thaddeus Christle, 33, of the 7400 block of Kern Valley Drive, was booked at 11:09 a.m. Monday on a domestic battery charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Phyllis Brown, 42, of the 4000 block of Avondale Drive, was charged Monday with possession of paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, unauthorized entry to a motor vehicle and public intoxication. She was being held in lieu of $4,750 bail.
Charniece Hughes, 40, of the 5100 block of Holton Avenue, was booked at 11:49 a.m. Monday on charges of criminal recklessness and domestic battery. She was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.
Nicholas Miller, 30, of Decatur, was booked at 12:10 p.m. Monday on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, criminal mischief and leaving the scene of an accident. He was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.
Angela Folkner, 41, of the 900 block of Grace Avenue, was booked at 2:20 a.m. Tuesday on a theft charge. She was released on her own recognizance.
Kim Robinson, 48, of the 200 block of Woodland Avenue, was booked at 4:50 p.m. Tuesday on a theft charge. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Justin Rodenbeck, 33, of the 1800 block of St. Joseph Boulevard, was booked at 10:34 a.m. Tuesday on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Troy Gongaware, 23, of Huntertown, was booked at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday on charges of marijuana possession and possession of paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.
Marc Hamilton, 37, of the 800 block of Putnam Street, was booked at 2:58 p.m. Tuesday on two counts of dealing cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Freylan Sanchez, 29, of the 2000 block of Hoagland Avenue, was charged Tuesday with dealing marijuana and being an unlicensed driver. He was being held in lieu of $50,750 bail.
