The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.
Alejandro Robles, 31, of the 400 block of East Leith Street, was charged Oct. 28 with cocaine possession and marijuana possession. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Frank Morgan, 43, of the 6000 block of Moeller Road, was charged Oct. 28 with invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Traleigh Stephens, 23, of the 7200 block of Pleasant Run Court, was booked at 4 p.m. Oct. 28 on charges of criminal conversion and fraud. She was released on $5,750 bond.
Sedrick Williams, 17, of the 4300 block of McMillen Park Drive, was booked at 4:17 p.m. Oct. 28 on charges of criminal recklessness and carrying a handgun without a license. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.
Antoine Island, 26, of the 2100 block of Eden Street, was booked at 11:37 a.m. Oct. 29 on a rape charge. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Kyle Jones, 27, of the 1200 block of West Wildwood Avenue, was booked at 11:54 a.m. Oct. 29 on charges of possession of a firearm by a domestic batterer and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $3,750 bail.
Winifred Underwood, 32, of the 3900 block of Buell Street, was booked at 12:11 p.m. Oct. 29 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on his own recognizance.
Donald Ward, 29, of the 1100 block of Westwind Drive, was booked at 2:32 p.m. Oct. 29 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Gregory Hansen, 33, of the 1600 block of Annette Avenue, was booked at 2:42 p.m. Oct. 29 on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Kerry Bergman, 30, of the 200 block of Riley Drive, was booked at 2:50 p.m. Oct. 29 on two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. He was released on $20,000 bond.
Christopher Wilson, 26, of the 7700 block of Wishingwell Court, was booked at 3 p.m. Oct. 29 on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and being a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.
Dustin Stockman, 28, of the 800 block of Tennessee Avenue, was booked at 3:35 p.m. Oct. 29 on charges of theft and public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Jennifer Cavinder, 37, of the 2900 block of Goshen Road, was charged Oct. 29 with forgery and fraud. She was being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Daniel Spells, 29, of the 2900 block of Plaza Drive, was charged Oct. 29 with carrying a handgun without a license and public intoxication He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.
Christopher Bell, 18, of the 6900 block of Chadwick Drive, was charged Oct. 29 with five counts of receiving stolen property. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.
Derek Delagrange, 29, of the 2600 block of Santa Rosa Drive, was charged Oct. 29 with battery, strangulation and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $13,250 bail.
Karl Kaler, 48, of Crown Point, was charged Oct. 29 with theft, battery and false reporting. He was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.
John Belot, 43, of the 9700 block of Springdale Drive, was charged Oct. 29 with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bail.
