ACLI Capital Challenge

Sen. Richard Lugar, R-Ind., nears the finish line last May at the ACLI Capital Challenge, a yearly three-mile race in Washington. Lugar, who turns 80 on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, is the only person to have participated in all 30 races.
