It seems brides aren't the only one feeling the pinch of the economy.

New York magazine is reporting that Vera Wang (Vera Wang!) is pricing her fabulous wedding gowns 40 percent to 50 percent cheaper than last year. My personal fave, Monique Lhullier, as well as Lela Rose, are also trimming the prices of gowns and bridesmaids dresses.

You still need a sizable budget to wear one down the aisle but a bargain is a bargain.
