Sean Astin Might Never Get Past Rudy

You know how some actors are forever linked with television or movie roles, like Ed O'Neill and Al Bundy or Mark Hamill and Luke Skywalker or William Shatner and Captain Kirk. Well, for Sean Astin, it may just be Rudy. See, the guy just can't live it down.

Take this example -- in the video off to the side -- and make sure you listen with the sound on. It's important.

Either some guy, with a really, really odd voice, mind you, is living in an alternate reality or Astin is linked. Even Astin seems a little taken back.

It's somewhat of a shame for Astin, too, considering he was almost a full season of the hit show "24," played Sam in the Lord of the Rings trilogy and had killer turns in both "Encino Man" and "The Goonies." And really, who doesn't love a good Pauly Shore movie. (OK, stop throwing things at the screen now. Thanks.)
