The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.
Brian Joyner, 44, of the 1500 block of Reed Road, was booked at 3:33 a.m. Friday on a theft charge. He was released on his own recognizance.
Thomas Tandy, 21, of Grabill, was booked at 10:44 a.m. Monday on a theft charge. He was released on his own recognizance.
Deshawn Mootye, 22, of Indianapolis, was booked at 1:32 p.m. Monday on charges of battery, strangulation and intimidation. He was being held in lieu of $13,250 bail.
Jermaine Stinson, 21, of the 4100 block of Bowser Avenue, was charged Monday with being a habitual traffic offender. He was released on his own recognizance.
Joshua Kitson, 28, of the 1900 block of Spy Run Avenue, was charged Monday with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and resisting law enforcement. He was released on his own recognizance.
