“The Christians of Palestine: Challenges and Prospects Amidst Conflict and Peace-Yearning” will be discussed by

Dr. Bernard Sabella, a Bethlehem University sociologist and executive director of the Department of Palestinian Refugees for the Middle East Council of Churches, 8:30 a.m. Sunday at Trinity Episcopal Church, 611 W. Berry St., and 9:45 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 300 W. Wayne St. He will also speak at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Plymouth Congregational Church, 501 W. Berry St.

Special music

Silent Witness, a Christian sign-language group, will be in concert at 6 p.m. Sunday at Covenant United Methodist Church, 10001 Coldwater Road.

TurnPointe Community Church in Markle will host Bittersweet Gospel Bank at 7 p.m. Wednesday with Gilbert Romero Jr., director of Bittersweet Ministries, who will discuss “Sharing Christ to the Hispanics in Mexico.”
