Community Action of Northeast Indiana: Provides utility assistance, energy assistance (both heating and cooling), childcare and offers minor weatherization projects. Can help with some emergency needs and provides referrals. Also offers case management program and family development programs. Serves residents in Allen, DeKalb, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben and Whitley counties. Appointments preferred by calling 211 or call Community Action directly at 260-423-3546 or 800-589-2264.
