Rihanna is among the witnesses whom prosecutors plan to call during a hearing in Chris Brown’s assault case, an attorney said.

Donald Etra, Rihanna’s lawyer, said prosecutors have told him the Barbados-born singer will receive a subpoena to testify at a preliminary hearing June 22. The hearing will focus on whether there is enough evidence to continue the case against Brown.

It would be her first appearance in court since felony assault and criminal threats charges were filed against Brown in March. If called to testify, the singer, 21, could be cross-examined by Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos.

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady said there’s no baby on the way for him and his wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen.

Brady, who has a son with actress Bridget Moynahan, married Bundchen this winter. RadarOnline.com reported last week that Bündchen is telling friends she’s pregnant.

“One (kid) is enough,” said Brady, father to Jack, 21 months. “I have dogs, and that’s all I need.”

Huckabee, who ran for the Republican presidential nomination last year, backs up Allen on bass for The Beatles’ “Yesterday.”

During the appearance, Allen asks: “Maybe someday I could be the governor of Arkansas, right?”

Huckabee replies: “It’s a great gig. It really is.”

Priest in new church

A priest and media personality known as “Father Oprah” has left the Catholic Church and joined the Episcopal Church after he was photographed cavorting on the beach with his girlfriend.

The Rev. Alberto Cutie was removed from his Miami Beach church after photos of him kissing and embracing a woman appeared in a magazine this month.

He was received into the church in a ceremony Thursday and might later announce he will marry his girlfriend of two years, which is allowed in that denomination.

The Cuban-American priest previously hosted shows on Telemundo. He is also a syndicated Spanish-language columnist.

The singer-director-actress has reached an agreement with Viking for “A Passion for Design,” an illustrated book out in fall 2010. It includes photos of the Malibu, Calif., oceanfront compound she worked on for more than five years.

She also has been writing about herself. Streisand, 67, said she has worked on chapters, in longhand, for a book. But she hasn’t decided whether she will complete the memoir and publish it.

The eighth season began production Wednesday.

Style is blossoming

Mayim Bialik (star of the ’90s sitcom “Blossom”) will be featured on the season premiere of TLC’s “What Not To Wear” tonight.

The actress, 33, has sons Miles, 3 1/2 , and Frederick, 9 months. Of her style, she says, “I’m frugal, I don’t have to shop. … It’s not a priority for me to be a sexpot because kids don’t care!”

Fashionistas Clinton Kelly (guest speaker at Fort Wayne’s “Tapestry” event this year) and Stacy London will show off Bialik’s new look at 9 p.m.

Bialik appears on TNT’s “Saving Grace” in July.
