Ohio resident charged in DeKalb molestings

DeKalb County sheriff’s deputies arrested a 59-year-old Ohio man Friday on charges that he molested two young girls.

Thelmer Handshoe, of Edgerton, Ohio, is accused of molesting the two girls between October 2005 and May 2006, when they were younger than 10, the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department said.

If convicted, he faces up to a combined 100 years in prison.
