The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.
Jammie Ragsdale, 28, of the 2600 block of Castle Drive, was charged June 25 with carrying a handgun without a license. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.
Kathleen Williams, 37, of Country Forest Drive, was charged June 25 with theft. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Willie Brown, 50, of the 4100 block of Plaza Drive, was charged June 25 with cocaine possession and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.
Benjamin Mata, 20, of the 2000 block of South Harrison Street, was charged June 25 with marijuana possession and false informing. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.
Michael Nelson, 24, of the 600 block of Lavina Street, was charged June 25 with strangulation, criminal confinement and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bail.
Melchor Garcia, 47, of the 7500 block of Decatur Road, was charged June 25 with leaving the scene of an accident and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bail.
Thomas Gomez, 52, of the 1700 block of Bright Street, was booked at 4:45 p.m. June 25 on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Marlena Bray, 27, of the 1300 block of Eliza Street, was booked at 8:15 p.m. June 25 on an auto theft charge. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Katelyn M. Martin, 19, of the 2000 block of Ontario Circle, was booked at 10:10 p.m. June 25 on a theft charge. She was released on her own recognizance.
Amber Graves, 24, of the 4300 block of Reed Road, was booked at 10:20 a.m. Friday on a residential entry charge. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Dawane Carter, 33, of the 2500 block of Dellview Drive, was booked at 12:35 p.m. Friday on a charge of being a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.
Jeffery Roberson, 48, of the 3900 block of Bowser Avenue, was charged Friday with two counts of dealing cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Rodolfo Diaz, 28, of the 4500 block of Arlington Avenue, was charged Friday with operating a vehicle after having been given a lifetime suspension and leaving the scene of an accident. He was released on his own recognizance.
Steven King, 54, of the 800 block of East Belmont Drive, was charged Friday with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license. He was released on his own recognizance.
Christopher Phillips, 40, of the 8100 block of St. Joe Road, was booked at 5:25 p.m. Friday on charges of marijuana possession and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Jeanna Cavender, 41, of the 6000 block of Moeller Road, was booked at 1:20 a.m. Saturday on four counts of theft. She was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Bryon Hees, 35, of the 300 block of Burns Boulevard, was booked at 11:11 a.m. Monday on a domestic battery charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Scott Tindall, 47, of the 400 block of Nussbaum Avenue, was charged Monday with dealing cocaine, possession of methamphetamine and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $51,500 bail.
Charles Byers, 34, of the 300 block of Brandriff Street, was charged Monday with invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Maurice Hairston, 38, of the 500 block of Nuttman Avenue, was charged Monday with burglary, receiving stolen property and being a habitual traffic violator. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.
Alastair Stephens, 29, of the 3400 block of Robinwood Drive, was booked at 4:50 p.m. Monday on charges of battery, strangulation, residential entry, interfering with the reporting of a crime and criminal mischief. He was being held in lieu of $19,000 bail.
Jose Diaz, 32, of the 1900 block of Drexel Avenue, was booked at 10:40 p.m. Monday on a charge of being a habitual traffic offender. He was released on his own recognizance.
Wilbert Brown, 36, of the 900 block of Grace Avenue, was booked at 10:40 a.m. Tuesday on an intimidation charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail
Donald Tucker, 27, of the 4100 block of Oliver Street, was charged Tuesday with theft, battery and public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.
Napoleon Kidd, 25, of the 6000 block of Radcliffe Drive, was charged Tuesday with resisting law enforcement and driving with a suspended license. He was being held in lieu of $3,000 bail.
Fredrick Allen, 47, of the 6000 block of Meadows Court, was charged Tuesday with theft and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bail.
Codi Starr, 18, of the 800 block of Putnam Street, was charged Tuesday with theft and unauthorized vehicle entry. He was released on his own recognizance.
