What's the best part of the 3RF?

This weekend starts what I've come to think of in my mind as the Festival of Fort Wayne: the Three Rivers Festival. Other potential names: The Longest Festival Ever. I Love Greasy Food (I So Do). I Hate Spinning Rides So Why Did I Let You Talk Me Into This?

I went last year, but only once for fun. Tell me, Fort Wayne: What's the best stuff to do at the 3RF? A number of you blog readers name this as one of the best in town, so I expect some good stories.
