Jeremy Brock, 23, of the 5800 block of Relso Lane, was booked at 3:01 p.m. July 15 on charges of battery, domestic battery and strangulation. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Latoya Lockett, 25, of the 2700 block of Schaper Drive, was booked at 3:02 p.m. July 15 on charges of dealing a controlled substance, marijuana possession and carrying a handgun without a license. She was being held in lieu of $153,250 bail.

Joseph Woenker, 40, of the 8900 block of Goshawk Lane, was booked at 3:19 p.m. July 15 on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bail.

Jarod Burgess, 25, of Leo-Cedarville, was booked at 5:18 p.m. July 15 on a marijuana possession charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Desire Carter, 25, of the 900 block of West Main Street, was booked at 6:34 p.m. July 15 on two counts of possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance.

Derrick Martin, 29, of the 1100 block of East Lewis Street, was booked at 10:53 p.m. July 15 on charges of marijuana possession and unlawful possession of a firearm. He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.

Curtis Carlisle, 54, of the 2800 block of Weisser Park Avenue, was booked at 3:07 p.m. July 16 on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

David Boone, 28, of the 1100 block of Wabash Avenue, was booked at 3:42 p.m. July 16 on a marijuana possession charge. He was released on his own recognizance.

Joshua Kitson, 28, of the 1900 block of Griswold Drive, was booked at 3:16 p.m. July 16 on charges of battery and criminal recklessness. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Bashar Brown, 28, of the 6000 block of Southcrest Road, was booked at 3:17 p.m. July 16 on charges of residential entry and invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Andrew Clem, 21, of the 5800 block of Heatherview Lane, was booked at 3:26 p.m. July 16 on charges of dealing a controlled substance and dealing a look-alike drug. He was being held in lieu of $52,500 bail.

Flora Richey, 34, of the 3500 block of Lafayette Street, was booked at 3:28 p.m. July 16 on an escape charge. She was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Derek Taylor, 33, of the 3200 block of Central Drive, was booked at 3:29 p.m. July 16 on a marijuana possession charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Sherry Boone, 50, of the 1100 block of Wabash Avenue, was booked at 3:29 p.m. July 16 on charges of dealing cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance. She was being held in lieu of $52,500 bail.

Channing Scott, 38, of the 3300 block of Heritage Drive, was booked at 3:30 p.m. July 16 on a marijuana possession charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Alphonso Garcia, 34, of the 4400 block of Reed Street, was booked at 3:31 p.m. July 16 on charges of battery and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.

Joshua Michael, 27, of the 1600 block of Ashley Avenue, was booked at 4:19 p.m. July 16 on charges of battery by bodily waste and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

David Drabenstot, 48, of Huntington, was booked at 4:50 p.m. July 16 on a charge of resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Amy Young, 21, of the 500 block of Irene Avenue, was booked at 4:40 p.m. July 16 on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on her own recognizance.
