Can't say I didn't see this coming.
Several sources within the Minnesota Vikings organization say the locker room is divided over who should be quarterbacking the team, a debate apparently exacerbated by the royal arrival (and subsequent royal treatment) of bonny Prince Brett. One person even went so far as to call it a "schism."
I mean, let's review: Favre manipulates the situation so he doesn't have to go through two-a-days with his new "teammates," then gets flown to Minnesota on the owner's private jet, then gets chauffered to the practice facility by the head coach. Then said coach immediately hands him the starting job before he's taken a snap.
Gee. Can't imagine anyone in the Vikings locker room being resentful of that scenario.
