Notre Dame junior free safety Harrison Smith answered the five questions this week. Let me know if you want the replaced question to return and who you want to answer the questions. And if you have a suggestion for what I should ask the athletes, let me know by e-mail at tkrausz@jg.net.
Now onto Smith's answers:
Q: If you could trade places with one of your teammates, which one would you trade places with?
A: Probably a specialist like a kicker or punter. Kind of get a day off and hang out. They don't really have meetings.
Q: What do you do better than anybody else on your team?
A: I don't know. That is kind of a tough question. I'm going to say dirt bike. I don't know how many guys on the team can dirt bike. I've been doing it since elementary school. I'm not out there doing tricks, but I can ride a little bit.
Q: If you could have superpower, what superpower would you want?
A: Definitely fly. There is nothing else besides flying.
Q: Who do you hang out with the most on the team?
A: I really kind of hang out with everybody. I hang out with (tight end) Mike Ragone a lot and (wide receiver) Barry Gallup Jr. and (safety) Leonard Gordon and (fullback) Steve Paskorz. But really, it's just kind of everybody.
Q: What is one thing that people should know about you that they don't?
A: I can play the guitar. I'm not very good any more.
