The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.
Isaiah Smith, 17, the 8400 block of Schwartz Road, was booked at 4:15 p.m. Aug. 25 on a robbery charge. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Delvin Myles, 16, of the 3000 block of McCormick Avenue, was booked at 4:26 p.m. Aug. 25 on a robbery charge. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Daniel Long, 45, of the 3300 block of Webster Street, was booked at 5:28 p.m. Aug. 25 on charges of criminal recklessness and pointing a firearm. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Adam Woebbeking, 27, of Woodburn, was booked at 11:40 p.m. Aug. 25 on charges of burglary and receiving stolen property. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.
Mark Coombes, 21, of Huntertown, was booked at 11:55 p.m. Aug. 25 on a check deception charge. He was released on his own recognizance.
Greta Underwood, 46, of the 3900 block of North Clinton Street, was booked at 8:59 a.m. Aug. 26 on a theft charge. He was released on $2,500 bond.
Terry Mayer, 45, of Avilla, was booked at 10:43 a.m. Aug. 26 on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Cameron Hamilton, 18, of the 500 block of East DeWald Street, was charged Aug. 26 with robbery. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Christopher Stovall, 18, of the 7400 block of Lakeridge Drive, was charged Aug. 26 with battery and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.
Evelyn Laster, 46, of the 3000 block of Weisser Park Avenue, was charged Aug. 26 with prostitution. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Johnny Braster, 70, of the 2500 block of Dreyer Avenue, was charged Aug. 26 with possession of paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Thomas Rauhut, 28, of New Haven, was charged Aug. 26 with failing to return to lawful detention. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Marcus Hallenbeck, 28, of the 2200 block of Point West Drive, was booked at 1:27 a.m. Aug. 27 on charges of aggravated battery, criminal recklessness, possession of a controlled substance and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on $28,250 bond.
Antonio Munos, 37, of the 900 block of Home Avenue, was charged Aug. 27 with dealing marijuana and cocaine possession. He was being held in lieu of $302,500 bail.
Austin Manning, 22, of the 7200 block of Hickory Creek Drive, was charged Aug. 27 with domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Ryan Johnson, 26, of the 3200 block of Portage Boulevard, was charged Aug. 27 with possession of a controlled substance and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Racheal Heath, 26, of the 1300 block of Taylor Street, was charged Aug. 27 with domestic battery. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Jayson Cooper, 30, of the 8100 block of Lakeside Court, was charged Aug. 27 with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Mark R. Arnold, 33, of the 2000 block of August Drive, was booked at 3:07 p.m. Aug. 27 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
James L. Pierce, 60, of the 4000 block of Willshire Estates Drive, was booked at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 27 on charges of theft, forgery and receiving stolen property. He was released on his own recognizance.
Adam Langston-Kiser, 25, of the 7000 block of Hickory Creek Drive, was booked at 7:04 a.m. Aug. 27 on charges of receiving stolen auto parts, driving while never having received a license and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $9,000 bail.
Terrance Spraggins, 25, of the 2700 block of East Paulding Road, was booked at 10:24 a.m. Aug. 27 on a charge of resisting law enforcement. He was released on $2,500 bail.
Brandon Beckley, 26, of Monroeville, was booked at 10:29 a.m. Aug. 27 on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and reckless driving. He was released on his own recognizance.
Brandon Hendry, 18, of Huntertown, was charged Aug. 27 with burglary and receiving stolen property. He was being held in lieu of $30,000 bail.
Brandon Keener, 24, of the 2400 block of Brooklyn Avenue, was charged Aug. 27 with attempted robbery and carrying a handgun without a license. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.
