Eyeing IU

Lynch on the season to date

Virginia is the sixth game, and thus the midway point, on IU's schedule. Here's what Bill Lynch has thought of the season to date.

"After the first three games I equated it to it like a game, we finished the first quarter. We came out of the first quarter in pretty good shape," Lynch said. "Each of the teams in the second quarter knew nothing about us. We didn't know a lot about them either other than we knew the names of Michigan and Ohio State, but hadn't played against them. And Virginia is the same way. We are two-thirds of a way through the second quarter and we haven't had a very good second quarter. We want to go in at halftime on a positive. Then we play the second half. The second half there are six teams we have played quite a bit."
