Capping off her sheriff’s training

Marisa Frank wore a cap and gown to her graduation ceremony from the Allen County Sheriff’s Citizen’s Academy in the Courthouse on Wednesday, where she received her diploma from Sheriff Ken Fries. Seventeen people make up the most recent graduating class from the academy, where they learned about patrol duties, investigative techniques and other county police procedures.
