Taking a first look at Penn State

The road doesn't get any easier for Indiana. Losers of three straight, the Hoosiers travel to Penn State Saturday. The game is at noon and can be seen on the Big Ten Network.

The No. 19 Nittany Lions are 8-2 overall and 4-2 in the Big Ten after losing to Ohio State. Penn State linebackers Josh Hull, Sean Lee and Navorro Bowman have 95, 63 and 62 tackles, respectively. Hull has two sacks and two interceptions. Lee also has two sacks. Bowman has 10 tackles for loss.

Jared Odrick, a defensive tackle, leads the team with six sacks. Defensive end Jack Crawford has 5 ½ sacks.

Offensively, quarterback Daryll Clark has completed 61.2 percent of his passes. He has thrown 18 touchdowns and eight interceptions.

Evan Royster is averaging 89.5 rushing yards, which is second in the Big Ten.
