Jennifer Lopez, 40, won a court order barring her first husband from making their sex life public – for a day. A California judge blocked distribution of a proposed film, “The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story,” until a hearing on the matter today.
Lopez sued Noa for $10 million, saying he breached a confidentiality agreement by intending to sell a film of hours of home video footage, including Lopez in sexual situations on their 1997 honeymoon.
A hospital did not do enough to care for James Woods’ brother when he was at the ER complaining of a sore throat in 2006, the actor’s lawyer said at the trial of a wrongful-death lawsuit.
Michael Woods, 49, died at a Rhode Island hospital after suffering cardiac arrest. Attorney Mark Decof said the actor’s brother wasn’t seen by a doctor until an hour after arriving. Defense lawyers said tests were negative for a heart attack.
