Veterans Day closings

Because Wednesday is Veterans Day, some government offices will be closed in observance of the holiday. Following is a list of what offices will be closed.

Federal District court and Bankruptcy court will be closed. There will be no mail delivery and post offices will be closed.

State offices, including Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles branches, will be closed.

Adams County offices and municipal offices in Decatur, Berne and Geneva will be closed. There will be no trash collection in Berne on Wednesday and Wednesday routes will be collected Thursday.

Allen County offices and municipal offices in Fort Wayne, Huntertown, and New Haven will be closed. Grabill town offices will be open.

DeKalb County offices will be closed.

Huntington County offices and municipal offices in Huntington, Andrews and Markle will be closed.

Kosciusko County offices and municipal offices in North Webster, Pierceton, Silver Lake, Syracuse and Warsaw will be closed. Wednesday’s trash collection by the Warsaw Street Department will be done Thursday with the rest of the week remaining on schedule.

Noble County offices and municipal offices in Albion and Rome City will be closed.

Steuben County offices and municipal offices in Angola, Fremont and Hamilton will be closed.

Wells County offices and municipal offices in Bluffton will be closed.

Whitley County offices and municipal offices in Churubusco, Columbia City and South Whitley will be closed.

OHIO

Defiance County offices and municipal offices in Hicksville will be closed.

Paulding County offices and municipal offices in Paulding and Antwerp will be closed.

Van Wert County offices and municipal offices in Van Wert and Convoy will be closed.

Williams County offices will be closed.
