He also said the city will move to narrow Washington and Jefferson boulevards downtown.The group that conducts Heal the Land prayer services at the site of each homicide in Fort Wayne has set the latest one for 12:15 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Hanna and Senate streets.
This service is for Michael Lamont Causey, 20, who was shot Nov. 8 as the car he was driving approached a stop sign at the intersection.
His death was ruled the city’s 19th homicide of 2009 in Fort Wayne and Allen County.
