The past two summers, residents at Lake Tippecanoe in Kosciusko County have marveled at this lakefront property’s transformation in the 3700 block of East Forest Glen Avenue. Owner Jeffrey A. Morgan LLC of Paradise Valley, Ariz., combined several lots, tore down a house, expanded and remodeled another house and built a nearly one-acre, multitiered hardscape and landscape. The property features a 10-sided cabana with a stone foundation, valued at $80,000 and built by Weigand Construction, Fort Wayne, according to county planning commission records. Plans include stone walls for boundary fencing, patios, walkways and a stairway to the lake, plus a steep waterfall and reflecting pond. Morgan bought the properties in 2006. They are assessed at $2.25 million, based on their 2006 condition, according to county records. Morgan has an unlisted telephone number and could not be reached for comment.
