Huntington’s men’s basketball team improved to 7-0 with an 86-62 victory over visiting Saint Francis on Saturday.

The Foresters’ Tyler Shively led all scorers with 22 points, while teammate Bobby Jolliff had 14. Kevin Kyle added 13 points.

Saint Francis (1-6) was paced by Luka Zebrauskas’ 15 points.

BALL STATE 57, SIU-EDWARDSVILLE 47: Jarrod Jones scored 19 points and Jauwan Scaife added 12 as Ball State won in Muncie.

Terrence Watson had eight points for the Cardinals (2-0)

AUBURN 80, IUPUI 65: DeWayne Reed scored 16 of his 24 points during an eight minute stretch of the first half as Auburn overcame a sluggish start in Daytona Beach, Fla.

GRACE 77, MANCHESTER 76: Manchester’s Jason Spindler missed two free throws in the final 10 seconds and Grace’s David Swanson got a rebound to set up Elliot Smith for his game-winning jump shot with three seconds left at Manchester.

Grace (5-2) got 20 points from David Henry, and 14 apiece from Smith and Swanson.

Manchester (3-1) was led by Spindler, Jordan Moss and Tyler Delauder, who each scored 12 points.

Women

DAYTON 56, PURDUE 53: Justine Raterman’s 11 points paced Dayton (3-1) to the upset of the Boilermakers (2-1), who got 17 points from FahKara Malone at home.

BALL STATE 74, NORTHERN ARIZONA 69

: Emily Maggert had 21 points and 14 rebounds for the Cardinals (1-2) at Muncie. Teammate Aubrey McDonald became the 20th player in program history to surpass the 1,000-point plateau.

HUNGTINGTON 68, SIENA HEIGHTS 57: Jenna Donaldson scored 19 points. Sarah Miller added 16 for the host Foresters (4-2).

SAINT FRANCIS 90, SAINT JOSEPH’S 83: Kayla Mullins’ 23 points and nine rebounds led the Cougars (3-0), who also got 15 points apiece from Bianca Woods and Julie Siess on the road.

TAYLOR 91, ST. MARY’S OF THE WOODS 52: Allison Reece’s 18 points led Taylor in Winona Lake. Nellie Eskew added 16 points.
