Holiday closings

Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, many government offices and other services will be closed or unavailable Thursday and Friday. Some government offices will be closed only on Thursday.

Federal district court and bankruptcy court will be closed Thursday.

Post offices will be closed Thursday, and mail will not be delivered.

State offices will be closed Thursday and Friday.

•Waste Management and National Serv-All trash pickup will be one day behind Thursday and Friday.

Adams County offices and municipal offices in Decatur, Berne and Geneva will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Allen County offices and offices in Fort Wayne, Huntertown, Leo-Cedarville, New Haven and Woodburn will be closed Thursday and Friday. Citilink buses and access vans will not operate Thursday.

•Allen County Public Library and branches will be closed Thursday.

•Fort Wayne garbage and recycling pickup will be one day behind Thursday and Friday.

DeKalb County offices and municipal offices in Ashley, Auburn, Butler, Garrett and Waterloo will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Huntington County offices and municipal offices in Andrews, Huntington, Markle, Roanoke and Warren will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Kosciusko County offices and municipal offices in North Webster, Pierceton, Silver Lake, Syracuse, Warsaw and Winona Lake will be closed Thursday and Friday.

•Thursday trash routes by the Warsaw Street Department will be completed Wednesday, and Friday’s trash routes will be completed Monday.

•Thursday trash routes for Stafford’s Solid Waste will be completed Friday, and the rest of the week will remain on schedule.

•Thursday trash routes for Stuckman Sanitation will be completed Wednesday, and the rest of the week will remain on schedule.

•Thursday trash routes for Borden Waste-Away will be completed Friday, and the rest of the week will be one day behind.

Noble County offices and municipal offices in Albion, Avilla, Kendallville, Ligonier and Rome City will be closed Thursday and Friday. Cromwell offices will be closed Thursday.

Steuben County offices and municipal offices in Angola, Fremont and Hamilton will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Wells County offices and municipal offices in Bluffton and Ossian will be closed Thursday and Friday. Trash and curbside recycling pickup by the city will be unaffected by the holiday.

Whitley County offices and municipal offices in Churubusco, Columbia City and South Whitley will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Ohio

Werlor trash collection in Williams, Defiance and Paulding counties will be delayed one day Thursday and Friday.

Defiance County offices and municipal offices in Defiance closed Thursday and Friday. Offices in Hicksville will be closed Thursday.

Paulding County offices and municipal offices in Paulding and Antwerp will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Van Wert County offices and municipal offices in Van Wert and Delphos will be closed Thursday and Friday. Municipal offices in Convoy will be closed Thursday.

Williams County offices and municipal offices in Bryan, Edgerton, Montpelier, Stryker and West Unity are Thursday and Friday.
