The Notre Dame men's basketball team will begin a month of home games shortly here in Purcell Pavilion.

The Irish (6-1) will tip off against Idaho State (2-4) in about 45 minutes.

Notre Dame will play seven games at home in December, highlighted by a Dec. 19 matchup against UCLA.

Purcell, which was redone over the summer, has been kind to the Irish so far. Notre Dame has gone 5-0 at home and picked up a pair of wins in the exhibition season.

The Irish should have no problem keeping their home record perfect tonight against the Bengals, who did pick up their first road win last Saturday by coming back from a nine-point, second-half deficit to defeat UMKC of the Summit League 68-65.
