Norfolk Pine

Inside gardening: Pining away

This Norfolk Pine has been living with us for around 25 years. I bought it when it was 1 foot tall and it is now close to 12 feet tall. It has been in the same pot for at least 20 years.

I don’t know what it lives on, since there can’t be much soil in the pot. I water it regularly and fertilize it about once a month.
