Northrop freshmen twins Bryson and Brenton Scott lived up to their hype on Saturday in an 86-77 overtime win over Wayne.
The two sensations' reputation have been on the rise for the last couple of years, and Saturday was my first opportunity to see the two in person.
After a slow start, both guards looked pretty good.
Bryson, the 6-foot-2 shooting guard, finished with 29 points, seven rebounds and eight steals. He had 16 points in the fourth quarter and overtime.
Brenton, the 6-foot point guard, had 14 points, three rebounds, three steals and two assists.
He scored nine points in the fourth quarter.
The future looks pretty good for the Scotts, as well as the Bruins' boys basketball team.
