She’s been a sensation since she’s been born, and now Blue Ivy has made her public debut.Michelle Duggar and husband Jim Bob, featured on the reality show “18 Kids and Counting,” have become the parents of a 19th child.
TLC says Duggar, 43, gave birth to a 1-pound, 6-ounce daughter Thursday during an emergency Cesarean section. She had been due March 18.
TLC says the couple’s ninth daughter, Josie Brooklyn, is in stable condition in the neonatal intensive care unit at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

Former Playboy Playmate Kendra Wilkinson and her NFL husband Hank Baskett are the new parents of a baby boy.
Kira Costello, Wilkinson’s publicist, says Hank Randall Baskett IV was delivered Friday in Indianapolis, where his father is a wide receiver for the Colts. The baby weighed in at 9 pounds, 5 ounces.
It’s the first child for Wilkinson, 24, former Hugh Hefner girlfriend and star of “The Girls Next Door,” and Baskett, 27.
