INDIANAPOLIS – Colts defensive end Robert Mathis practiced Friday for the first time this week and is listed as questionable for Sundays game against Denver. A Pro Bowl selection last year, Mathis missed practice Wednesday and Thursday with a quadriceps injury.
Right tackle Ryan Diem also is questionable after missing his second straight day of practice with a hamstring injury. Left tackle Charlie Johnson returned to practice after missing last weeks game with a foot injury but he, too, is listed as questionable.
Four players have been ruled out of the game: running back Donald Brown (chest), safety Aaron Francisco (ankle), receiver Anthony Gonzalez (knee) and kicker Adam Vinatieri (knee).
Suggs agrees to restraining order
A judge has granted a protective order barring Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs from contact with the mother of his two children. Suggs agreed to the protective order and did not admit any wrongdoing.
Falcon charged with drug possession
Atlanta Falcons defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux has been arrested and charged with marijuana possession.
Gwinnett County Police Cpl. David Schiralli said the 28-year-old Babineaux had nearly 1 1/2 ounces of marijuana and is charged with possessing more than an ounce of marijuana.

New England quarterback Tom Brady returned to after missing the previous two sessions with right finger, right shoulder and rib injuries. Brady was listed as questionable on the injury report for Sundays game against Carolina. Minnesota receiver Percy Harvin missed his third straight practice with migraine headaches and is questionable to play against Cincinnati. Carolina quarterback Matt Moore will make his second straight start this weekend as Jake Delhomme (broken finger) was declared out. Quarterback Mark Sanchez has been ruled out, as expected, for the New York Jets game at Tampa Bay, along with cornerback Dwight Lowery and offensive lineman Robert Turner. Dallas tight end Martellus Bennett wont play against San Diego because of concussion-related symptoms. Tampa Bays Jeremy Trueblood has been fined $25,000 for unnecessary roughness, while Tennessees Tony Brown was fined $20,000 for unsportsmanlike conduct.
