    A female driver was listed in critical condition after a one-car crash Sunday night, according to Fort Wayne police.The crash occurred about 8:30 p.m. in the 5900 block of East State Boulevard.

Jeep rolls over on icy road; 2 teens hurt

Two teenagers were injured Saturday night when their vehicle went out of control and rolled over on an icy DeKalb County road, according to the DeKalb County Police Department.

A Jeep, driven by Trevor M. Waldron, 16, of Garrett, was westbound on County Road 48 near County Road 19 about 10:20 p.m. when Waldron lost control of the vehicle due to icy road conditions, police said.

The vehicle entered a ditch on the north side of the road and rolled over several times, ejecting the driver and a passenger, Heather A. Howe, 18, of Garrett. The Jeep came to rest in the ditch.

Waldron was taken to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne with chest and head injuries and cuts to the face, chest and arm. Howe had cuts on an arm and lower leg but was not transported for treatment.
