The 122nd Fighter Wing is moving two more aircraft to the front of the base this morning.

An F-84, flown at the unit from 1958 to 1971, and an F-16, flown at the unit from 1992 to the present, are joining an F-100 and an F-4 already mounted in front of the base.

The base said the move means that Ferguson Road will be blocked off from Airport Drive to the entrance of the base between 9 and 11 a.m.

People heading to the Fort Wayne International Airport during that time will need to take Airport Expressway to Ardmore Avenue to get to the entrance of airport, the base announcement said.
