Hoosiers down big at halftime

IU trails Loyola of Maryland 46-28 at halftime.

Yep. That's right, trails.

The Hoosiers looked like they wanted to start their holiday break early, falling behind 15-0. IU had a difficult time executing inbounds passes as the Greyhounds used their pressure defense to force 14 turnovers.

Indiana finally scored on a Christian Watford layup with 13:42 left in the half.

Brett Harvey has 15 points to lead Loyola of Maryland. Jeremiah Rivers has nine points for IU. The Hoosiers went 8 for 24 from the floor in the first half (33 percent). The Greyhounds are shooting 59 percent (17 for 29).
