It took the Notre Dame women's team a little time to get into gear on the road, but once the No. 3 Irish found their stride, Central Florida didn't stand a chance Tuesday afternoon in Orlando, Fla.
Notre Dame closed the first half with a 13-0 run that transformed a tight game into an 85-52 blowout, according to The Associated Press.
Ashley Barlow scored 17 points, and Brittany Mallory added 16 as the Irish (11-0) extended their second-best start in program history.
Notre Dame forced Central Florida (3-6) into 36 turnovers.
