Jordan Taylor seemingly made shots at will.
Jason Bohannon hit a step-back three-pointer and another deep one.
Trevon Hughes didn't miss a shot all day, making all of his shots and free throws.
Wisconsin's three guards simply were too good for Purdue on Saturday.
They combined to make 16 of 24 shots and score 57 points as the No. 17 Badgers knocked off the fourth-ranked Boilermakers, 73-66, in Madison.
"Our defense wasn't great," Purdue junior Robbie Hummel said. "I think we defended the swing well, but they broke us down at the end of the shot block and they were able to get in for some penetration and some kick-outs.
"Those three guards did a good job feeding off each other and made some tough shots. They did a good job of getting hot, and we did a poor job of defending them."
Kramer agreed with Hummel, saying Purdue got burned late in the shot clock when Wisconsin's players created one-on-one.
"There were spots there where if we could have got one stop, something could have changed a little bit," Kramer said. "But we weren't able to get those."
