Soul diva Amy Winehouse pleaded guilty Wednesday to assaulting a theater manager who asked her to leave a family Christmas show starring Mickey Rooney because she’d had too much to drink. (She later acknowledged she had five vodka drinks.)

Judge Peter Crabtree ordered Winehouse, 26, to pay her victim $300 in compensation and said she would avoid punishment as long as she doesn’t commit any more offenses for two years.

Wife has pneumonia

Charlie Sheen’s wife, Brooke, was in a hospital intensive care unit Wednesday with a fever of 105 degrees and an infection after oral surgery, her lawyer said. She also had developed pneumonia.

She had postponed a hearing in the Colorado domestic violence case against her actor husband because she was to undergo the surgery.

Meanwhile, Charlie Sheen was granted permission to visit; a court order had prevented that.

Dance date selected

A limelight-loving Austrian says he’s taking Lindsay Lohan to the famous Vienna Opera Ball on Feb. 11.

Richard Lugner, 77, a quirky entrepreneur, invites a different woman to the flashy event each year.

Lugner’s recent dates include Nicollette Sheridan, Dita Von Teese and Paris Hilton.
