CB Richard Ellis/Sturges announced the following transactions:

Alex Genova represented the owners, Roger and Jane Speicher, in the sale of a 13,500-square-foot former reception hall. The 2.56-acre property at 2824 Theater Drive in Huntington is now the corporate headquarters for Pathfinder Services Inc.

In collaboration with Ness Brothers Auction Co., Jim Cowan and Brad Sturges represented the seller, International Marketplace Properties LLC, and the buyer, Peek Inc., in the sale of the 12,000-square-foot property on 0.44 acre at 1415 S. Calhoun.

Carolyn Spake-Leeper and Karen Spake represented the seller, Three Rivers Federal Credit Union, and the buyer, 400 E. Washington LLC, in the sale of the 4,640-square-foot property at 412 E. Washington Blvd.

Jim Cowan represented both the owner of Gateway Plaza and the new tenant, Fountain of Life Worship Center, in the lease of 4,800 square feet at 1537 Goshen Road in Gateway Plaza.

The Sperry Van Ness Parke Group announced the following transactions:

Mark Baringer represented both the lessor, BCK Real Estate Holdings, and the lessee, Glogas Family Dentistry, in the leasing of 2,128 square feet of office space at 919 Florence Ave.

Diana Parent represented both the lessor, Wayne Partnership LLP, and the lessee, Kos & Associates, in the leasing of 2,350 square feet of office space at National City Center, 110 W. Berry St.

Troy Reimschisel represented the lessor, Fort Wayne Industrial Plaza, in the leasing of 25,000 additional square feet to Arden Companies at Airport Industrial Plaza, 3320 W. Ferguson Road.

Baringer and Nathan Miner represented both the lessor, JKBC LLC, and the lessee, Yue Fang Liu, in the leasing of 1,800 square feet of retail space at 1326 Minnich Road, New Haven.

BND Commercial announced the following transactions:

David W. Dumas represented the buyer in the purchase of the former Jiffy Lube property at 3129 E. State Blvd. He also represented them in the subsequent lease of the property to Subway.

Karl Behrens represented the buyer, Martin Luther King Montessori School, in the purchase of a school at 6001 S. Anthony Blvd. from Come As You Are Church. Property manager Chris Reed-Moring assisted the school in the construction management of the remodeling of the building and property.

Behrens represented the landlord, Southway Plaza LLC, in the lease of 10,000 square feet to Dollar Tree at Southway Plaza Shopping Center in Kokomo.

Behrens represented the seller, JMC Real Estate Partners LLC, and Dumas represented the buyer, JKDB LLC, in the sale of the 7,000-square-foot Pine Valley Office Building at 11118 Coldwater Road.

NAI Harding Dahm announced the following transactions:

Stanley C. Phillips, executive vice president, received an appointment in Elkhart Superior Court as the receiver for Wells Fargo Bank, trustee for the registered holders of J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust for two industrial buildings in Goshen totaling 196,107 square feet.

Phillips was appointed receiver of the GRP Building, 8520 Bluffton Road. The building is a multi-tenant industrial warehouse with 284,000 square feet of space. Phillips was appointed receiver for Bank of America as trustee for the registered holders of LB Commercial Mortgage Trust.
