Wabash senior doesn't come up Short

Wabash senior Brooklyn Short became Wabash County's all-time leading scorer Saturday in a 71-32 win against North Miami.

A three-pointer in the fourth quarter helped Short eclipse the school and county record of 1,428 points of Jenny Dawes (2000-03).

The 16-1 Apaches are ranked No. 6 in Class 2A.
