Irish lose running back recruit, report says

Notre Dame lost another recruit just days before national signing day on Wednesday.

Running back Giovanni Bernard changed his oral commitment to North Carolina, according the Ft. Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel.

Bernard missed most of his senior season with a hamstring injury, but he still finished with 2,603 rushing yards and 29 touchdowns at St. Thomas Aquinas.
