The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.
Lonrell Eggerson, 42, of the 4600 block of Oliver Street, was charged Jan. 22 with failing to register as an offender. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Antwan Brookshire, 28, of the 3000 block of McDonald Street, was charged Jan. 22 with criminal recklessness, pointing a firearm, domestic battery and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $8,250 bail.
Barry Nelson, 57, of the 1500 block of Maumee Avenue, was booked at 8:15 a.m. Monday on charges of attempted fraud and receiving stolen property. He was released on his own recognizance.
Matthew Lewis, 38, of the 4700 block of Oak Creek Drive, was booked at 8:45 a.m. Monday on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Bronce Thomas, 29, of the 3300 block of McKinnie Avenue, was booked at 10:20 a.m. Monday on two counts of dealing marijuana. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Joseph Treace, 18, of the 1900 block of Maplewood Drive, was booked at 3:26 p.m. Monday on an escape charge. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Zin Htut, 23, of the 4600 block of Lafayette Street, was charged Monday with three counts of dealing cocaine. She was being held in lieu of $150,000 bail.
Orlando Paschall, 18, of the 3300 block of Queen Street, was charged Monday with battery, intimidation, pointing a firearm and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $22,500 bail.
Gary Smith, 23, of the 4100 block of Huth Drive, was charged Monday with dealing a controlled substance and dealing a look-alike drug. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Shannon Corey, 38, of the 1000 block of Oaklawn Court, was charged Monday with failure to register as a sex offender. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Rakisha Ricketts, 31, of the 2200 block of Hoagland Avenue, was charged Monday with prostitution. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Lorenzo Lapsley, 38, of the 3200 block of Reed Street, was charged Monday with resisting law enforcement, criminal recklessness, false informing, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and being a habitual traffic offender. He was being held without bail.
Michelle Thieme, 24, of the 500 block of Candlelite Court, was booked at 9:27 p.m. Monday on charges of marijuana possession and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Joshua Davis, 29, of the 5400 block of Decatur Road, was booked at 9:31 p.m. Monday on charges of dealing marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. He was being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Evan Hill, 26, of Pierceton, was booked at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday on charges of possession of paraphernalia and operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.
Daniel Dauscher, 39, of Roanoke, was booked at 10 a.m. Tuesday on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Darvon Smith, 33, of Detroit, was charged Tuesday with attempted murder, aggravated battery, battery and carrying a handgun without a license. He was being held without bail.
Marc Little, 41, of the 2100 block of Pauline Street, was booked at 5:09 p.m. Tuesday on charges of marijuana possession and possession of a controlled substance. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
