Teacher accused of sexual misconduct

An Angola woman was arrested Friday and accused of a sex crime involving a boy who was a student at the Michigan school where she teaches, according to Indiana State Police.

Dawn Schwartzengraber, 37, faces one count of sexual misconduct with a minor. She was booked into the Steuben County Jail and has posted bond.

Police say Schwartzengraber, a teacher at Camden-Frontier High School, in Camden, Mich., engaged in sexual conduct with a now 17-year-old student at the school. The conduct started when he was 15, police said. The sex acts are alleged to have occurred at Schwartzengraber's home and on roads in Indiana and Michigan.
