Warsaw traffic stop nets meth syringes

Holbrook

A 35-year-old Winona Lake man faces methamphetamine-related charges after a traffic stop yielded several syringes full of the drug Wednesday, police said.

Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers stopped Richard Raymond Holbrook about 4:15 p.m. on the south side of Warsaw.

Officers discovered that Holbrook was carrying several syringes containing meth, according to police.

Holbrook was arrested on an initial charge of failing to appear in court and later charged with possession of meth within 1,000 feet of a school.

He was being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
