Injuries and position changes for spring

Football opens spring camp Tuesday.Here are some position moves:

Mitchell Evans (from receiver to safety), Matt Ernst (receiver to cornerback), Shane Covington (running back to defensive back), Andrew Pimentel (quarterback to safety) and Aaron Burks (receiver to safety)

Evans (hip), receiver Terrance Turner (neck), offensive lineman Justin Pagan (ankle), running back Zach Davis-Walker (foot) and defensive end Terrance Thomas (shoulder) will miss time during the spring because of injuries. Ernst will be limited because he is a pitcher on the baseball team.
