Coach Bill Lynch said the spring is off to “a good start.”
The Hoosiers began spring practice today.
“Third downs are really important on both sides of the ball,” Lynch said. “We went back and studied what we did last year, possession downs really hurt us on both sides. That’s a real point of emphasis. We also weren’t great in the red zone, particularly on the offensive side. We have to score more touchdowns and do a little better when we kick field goals down there too. Those are two areas we are going to work very hard on.”
