Warsaw was outclassed by North Central in the Class 4A state championship game Saturday, but Nic Moore would have liked to see a little more balance on some of the calls by the referees.

The Panthers used those generous calls in playing more physical and getting away with it in a 95-74 win over the Tigers at Conseco Fieldhouse.

Moore fouled out with 41 seconds left in the third period after scoring 28 points. He had four fouls in the third.

"How can they call that foul?" Moore said of his thoughts after getting the fifth foul after a rebound by North Central. "They would call little touch fouls on me, but my arm was bleeding and my jersey was getting untucked every two seconds, and they let them play through it. It is all said and done, we played hard, and I am not really worried about it."

In the end, it amounted to only an advantage at the free-throw line of 17 of 22 for the Panthers and 12 of 20 for the Tigers.

The physicalness of North Central got to Warsaw's head in providing a mental and emotional advantage.
