Easter Egg Dye for Yarns

On her blog, Simple Knits, Indiana knitter, crocheter and spinner Vicki Mikulak wrote about using Easter Egg dye to color yarn. I have noticed that, right after Easter, the dye kits tend to go on sale, so it's a good time to grab some up for an experiment. I have used the "sun tea" method of dying yarn, but only with RIT dye from the supermarket. I guess it will have to be sunshine if it's warm enough, and the microwave if it's not.

There is no pattern for this week, because I'm concentrating on my circle sweater, which is coming along nicely.

Susan Stevens, otherwise known as Fleegle. We ramble on a bit, and have a grand time. I hope you enjoy it as much as I.
