Goodnight, plants

This might sound crazy, but I am covering my pots with a warm blanket at night. I am starting my vegetables from seed and have finally started the process. While they germinate, I am covering them before the room starts to cool down in the evenings. I am thinking that the blankets will help the dirt retain some heat.

I was going to wait to plant pepper plants until it warms up but have decide to try the blankets. Pepper plants need a lot of warmth to germinate and grow. If they don't germinate in a week, I will try something else.
